These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between joey9 ("we", "platform") and you ("user", "member"). By using joey9's website, application or any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is created with false information, joey9 may close it at any time and reserves the right to forfeit any funds in that account. joey9 may request supporting documents for identity verification.

2. Account Management

2.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password fully confidential. You should not share your login details with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

joey9 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to ensure safe and fair transactions. The following documents may be requested at the time of a withdrawal or in any suspicious situation:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account
• Any additional identity documents that joey9 considers necessary

2.3 Inactive Accounts

joey9's policy applies to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Contact our support team for more information on the definition of inactivity and its consequences.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

joey9 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit amounts are credited to the account immediately

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at joey9 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

• The first deposit must be at least ৳300 to qualify for the bonus
• The bonus cannot be used together with cash
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed
• Any attempt to claim the bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled

4.2 General Bonus Policy

joey9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel its promotions and bonus offers at any time. Bonus benefits are offered once only and are non-transferable. Members will be notified if bonus terms change.

4.3 Cashback and Other Benefits

Members under the VIP Program receive weekly cashback. Separate terms apply to these benefits. The cashback amount is determined by VIP level, and joey9 may change these rates at any time.

5. Gameplay and Betting

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

5.2 Betting Limits

• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher VIP level depends on your activity and engagement. joey9 reserves the right to change the terms and benefits of the VIP Program. VIP cashback is credited to accounts at a set time each week.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joey9 platform and are a direct violation of these Terms:

• Fraudulently collecting or misusing bonuses
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities
• Playing games using automated bots or other technical tools
• Playing on behalf of or in the name of a third party
• Behaving inappropriately toward joey9 staff
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

• Legal or Regulatory Requirements

11.2 Closure by Member

You can contact our support team at any time to close your account. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closing the account.
